Quality Manager

We need a Quality Manager for an electronics manufacturer in Aviation and Aerospace. The position is site-based and offers a salary of up to £55,000, with standard hours of 8 am to 5 pm. **Requirements:** 1. Experience in quality and continuous improvement within the Aviation and Aerospace industries. 2. Previous work in manufacturing assembly. 3. Solid knowledge of Quality and/or Aerospace Standards like ISO 9000 and EN9100. 4. Demonstrated experience in auditing procedures within manufacturing settings; EN9100 training preferred. 5. Proficiency in problem-solving, particularly in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA). 6. Ability to read engineering drawings and comprehend technical specifications. 7. Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). 8. Experience in preparing FAIR/LAIR Reports according to AS9102 standards. 9. Competence in Lean techniques, with a minimum requirement of a green belt. 10. Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods. 11.
